It can be hard to prioritize yourself when you’re getting pulled in 20 different directions, but when you put taking care of “you” at the top of your “to do” list, you’ll find yourself more energized for everything life throws your way! It’s no secret we’re passionate about great sleep, so napping is an incredibly popular way for the Boll & Branch team to recharge. Snuggle up with a cozy throw or jump into bed for a quick power nap. You’ll wake up feeling brand new!
BREAK A SWEAT
Many people on the Boll & Branch team said exercise was one of their favorite forms of self-care. Whether it’s taking their dogs for a walk, foam rolling, practicing yoga or going on a jog, breaking a sweat is a great way to clear the mind.
