Boll & Branch Mobile Marketing Program Terms & Conditions
1. Consent. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to these Program Terms and to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from or on behalf of Boll & Branch, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when you enrolled in the Program or any other number that you may designate thereafter. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Program Operations.
(a). Enrollment. To enroll in the Program fill out the online enrollment form located at https://bollandbranch.com/. When you opt-in to the Program, Boll & Branch will send you an SMS text message to confirm your enrollment.
(b). Unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from the Program at any time. Just text "STOP" to 71998. After you send the message "STOP" to Boll & Branch, Boll & Branch will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from Boll & Branch. If you want to enroll in the Program again, just sign up as you did the first time and Boll & Branch will start sending messages to you again.
(c). Support. If at any time you need assistance with the Program or your enrollment in it, just text "HELP" to 71998, call 800-678-3234, or email email@example.com. After you send the message "HELP" to Boll & Branch, Boll & Branch will respond with instructions on use of the Program as well as how to unsubscribe.
3. Messages. Message frequency will vary. Boll & Branch reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Boll & Branch also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
4. Mobile Carriers. The Program is available on many carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Not all mobile carriers, mobile devices, or handsets may be supported and any messages sent through the Program may not be deliverable in all areas. Boll & Branch, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan, data plan, or any additional terms or conditions your mobile carrier may impose on the Program or the availability of it, please contact your mobile carrier.
