• When you receive your rug, you may notice some shedding of loose fibers, which will dissipate over time. Trim any loose fibers with a scissor, do not pull.

• Vacuum regularly on a low setting, ideally without a beater brush.

• Avoid using harsh chemicals as they can fade or damage your rug.

• We recommend having your rug professionally cleaned every 1-2 years.

• In the event of a spill, clean immediately by blotting with a clean un-dyed cloth by pressing firmly to absorb the spill. For a hard-to-remove stain, we recommend having your rug professionally cleaned.

• Avoid folding your rug in storage: roll your rug front side out.

• A rug pad is recommended to protect your investment.
