Amazing pillow never thought it
Amazing pillow never thought it would make a difference, but neck pain is gone and happiness has returned.

Deceiving Purchase. I was very
Deceiving Purchase. I was very convinced of buying this pillow after staying at a hotel and obtaining the make of the pillow I enjoyed for my week long stay. I was under the impression that the pillow would sustain its shape. As I used the pillow in a hotel I understood that the pillow had a little wear. However after using my own for only three weeks it was completely flat and looked as if I bought a used pillow rather than a new one. It has been very disappointing to reach this point after the description and durability of the pillow state the pillow would wear in time with use and not in an immediate time frame. This is the sole reason why I believe this is a deceiving purchase.

Pretty Nice Bedding
The quality of this bedding is fantastic. I don't like to iron but these do need to be ironed to look nice. I have the pillow shams that come out of the dryer very rumpled no matter what I do and I do not like dryer sheets or chemical softeners. I still love them and would order again just because I only use 100% high quality cotton so these work for me. I also ordered the down pillows and never a smell or even the slightest bit of funkiness. Pretty nice, Boll & Branch.

Comfortable but not supportive
I bought the medium firmness pillow. I almost bought soft because I don't like when my head is too lifted up, but I'm glad I didn't because the medium is not firm enough. The first time I laid my head on the pillow, I was thrilled. Finally a pillow that was comfortable. Unfortunately, I woke up with a very sore neck the next day. And again the next day and again the rest of the week before I called it quits. I probably should have replaced it with the firm pillow, but instead, I played it safe and went with a different pillow altogether.
