Great Customer Service!
I am a side sleeper and was advised to get the Firm pillow. I slept on it one night and knew it wasn't right for me so I took it back to the Greenwich store and exchanged it for the Medium pillow which I kept for about 6 months. I started to notice neck pain so stopped using it but then decided that I should at least talk to someone at the store. I did not expect them to do anything at all after all the time that had passed. However, the associate immediately offered me the soft pillow which she mailed to me after learning it was a bit of a trek for me to come back to the store. The new pillow arrived in two days and has worked out very well. I am extremely grateful and praise Boll & Branch for this very gracious accommodation.

Surprisingly worked, medium didn't.
Like the soft, bounces back and inside materials don't bunch like others I've had and loved to death, even when fussed for right position. I hope that remains the case even when laundered. Medium was too much, thought I would find it more suitable but hurts my neck when used as a side sleeper. I could have returned but had already cut the annoying tags.
