What's the difference between Down and Down Alternative pillows?

Both pillows are built for soft, supportive comfort. The difference is the fill: the Down Chamber Pillow uses natural down for a lofty, hotel-like experience, while the Down Alternative Pillow uses hypoallergenic PrimaLoft® Luxury Down Alternative® fiber for a feel that mimics the loft of down.

Which pillow density should I choose?

The pillow density you need depends on how you sleep. Soft suits stomach sleepers (and works well for back sleepers, too). Medium is our most popular option, built for most sleep positions and best for back sleepers. Firm gives side sleepers (and anyone with larger frames) the most support and loft.

How do I care for my down pillow?

Machine wash cold on gentle, then tumble dry low until fully dry, fluffing periodically to redistribute the fill. Add a few L'AVANT Wool Dryer Balls to boost airflow. Between washes, a pillow protector keeps it fresher and extends its life.

Is the down ethically sourced?

Our down is ethically sourced from U.S. farms and certified to the IDFL Down Standard (IDS), which means it's traceable through every step of the supply chain, from farm to finish.
