Is the down ethically sourced?

Yes. Our down and feathers are cruelty-free and RDS certified, which means they meet rigorous standards for animal welfare and traceability. They're also triple-washed to be 2x cleaner than the U.S. government standard.

What's the difference between the Cloud Cover Fiberbed and the Cloud Cover Featherbed?

Both are designed to transform your mattress into a plush retreat. The difference is the fill and the loft. The Fiberbed uses hypoallergenic PrimaLoft® Luxury Down Alternative® in a single-chamber design with over 2 inches of cover. The Featherbed uses natural down and feathers in a dual-chamber design with over 4 inches of cover, for the deepest, most sink-in softness we offer.

Will this mattress topper make my bed feel too soft?

The Cloud Cover Featherbed adds deep, sink-in softness without sacrificing support. Its dual-chamber design layers 550 fill power white down on top for comfort over a separate chamber of feathers for support, and baffle box construction keeps the fill in place to hold its shape over time.
