Is the Down Alternative Duvet Insert hypoallergenic?

Yes. It's filled with PrimaLoft® Luxury Down Alternative®, a premium fiber engineered to be hypoallergenic and allergy-friendly, so it's a great option if you're sensitive to natural down or feathers.

What's the difference between Down and Down Alternative Duvet Inserts?

Both duvet inserts are built for lofty, breathable warmth. The difference is the fill: the Down Duvet Insert uses a down and feather fill for a naturally breathable, temperature-regulating feel, while the Down Alternative Duvet Insert uses hypoallergenic PrimaLoft® fiber for an experience that mimics the feel of down.

Which duvet insert weight should I choose?

The duvet insert weight you need depends on how you sleep and your bedroom's climate. Lightweight suits warm sleepers or warmer climates who want maximum breathability. Midweight is our most versatile option, built for balanced, year-round comfort. Ultraweight is best for cool sleepers or colder climates who want a cozier, more enveloping feel.

How do I care for the Down Alternative Duvet Insert?

The Down Alternative Duvet Insert is machine-washable. Use a gentle, cold wash cycle and a mild detergent. Tumble-dry on low heat until completely dry (you may need more than one drying cycle to restore loft). To speed up the drying process, add a few wool dryer balls.
