What is the difference between Petite Lumbar and Lumbar sizing?

Petite Lumbar (12" x 21") is a smaller rectangular pillow size designed for layering in front of larger pillows. Lumbar (14" x 34") is the classic rectangular pillow size that works well as a main accent pillow, especially centered on the bed.
