This is a review of product and service. I contacted customer service about an issue I had with a king flat sheet. I had hoped there was a way I could "fix" the problem myself. I did not ask for nor did I expect a replacement sheet as it was mostly a cosmetic issue. After asking a few questions about how I cared for the linens I received an email from B&B saying they were sending me a new sheet! I kept the first sheet and purchased a fitted sheet and two pillowcases to make a new set of the most wonderfully comfortable sheets I have ever owned. B&B's service is every bit as good as their product, and vice versa.

Boll and Branch organic Signature Hemmed sheets
I can't say enough about how wonderful these elegant organic cotton sheets are from this company! So soft, adaptable to the season , and pockets on the fitted sheets fit with plenty of room. They do not shrink and last a long time! I will never buy sheets from another company! They are as described by Boll and Branch and so elegantly packed! The price is worth it! Love this company!

Love the sheets. Because we take a CA King fitted and Queen flat we have to order the sheets separately and not part of a set. I wish more colors were offered in your separate sheets.
